Case Law No.65/2023/AL regarding criminal prosecution for the crime of “Human Trafficking”
Legal situation: The defendant, through an intermediary, presented a proposal to the victim regarding a job, and the victim accepted the offer. Subsequently, the defendant transferred the victim to another individual and coerced the victim into performing undesirable work for profit-making purposes.
Legal resolution: In this case, the defendant must be prosecuted for criminal responsibility for the crime of “Human Trafficking.”
