Case law situation: Dispute over land use rights has been resolved by the effective decision of the competent state authority. The plaintiff continues to file a civil lawsuit regarding the disputed land use rights and requests the cancellation of the decision that has been effective by the competent state authority. The plaintiff is not named on the land use rights certificate in dispute.
Legal Solution: In this case, the Court must suspend the case resolution because the matter has been resolved by the effective decision of the competent state authority and is not within the jurisdiction of the Court.
